Oversees daily laundry operations, managing staff (scheduling, training, performance), ensuring quality & cleanliness of textiles, maintaining inventory (linens, chemicals), troubleshooting equipment, and enforcing health/safety rules, acting as the link between staff and management to ensure smooth, efficient linen processing for hotels, hospitals, or other facilities.
