LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR

Laundry Supervisor – High-End Dry Cleaning & Garment Care Leadership Manages and motivates a production team; trains staff; handles performance and daily workflow. Technical Expertise Spot cleaning for a range of stains/fabrics Sorting & separating garments (delicate, tailored, embellished vs. standard wash) Leather and suede cleaning/conditioning Understanding of garment construction/tailoring for correct treatment method Problem-Solving Quickly diagnoses production and garment issues; makes sound calls on high-value pieces. KPI-Driven Knows what good input looks like (correct sorting, tagging, pre treatment) and tracks turnaround time, re-work rate, damage incidents, and productivity. Terms of Employment:

• Contract period will be 2 years
• Duty time will be 8 hours per day / 6 days a week.
