Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Laundry Operations Manager for a full-time, remote role. Responsibilities include overseeing daily laundromat operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards, managing and training staff, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The candidate will also coordinate logistics, monitor equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines. This role will involve reporting on operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement across our laundromat network.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management experience, including process optimization and logistics management
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in staff training and development
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to manage day-to-day challenges effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and customers
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols; prior experience in laundry operations is a plus
- Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Comfortable using technology to monitor operations remotely; familiarity with management software is a bonus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
