This is a full-time, on-site Laundry Manager position located in Bengaluru. The Laundry Manager will oversee daily operations of the laundry department, including supervising staff, maintaining equipment, ensuring guest satisfaction through timely and quality laundry services, and managing laundry budgets. The role requires maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.

• Proven expertise in Laundry Services and general Laundry operations management
• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and train a team effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation related to laundry operations
• Ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service with attention to quality and detail
• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting laundry equipment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar luxury setting is preferred
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
