Laundry Attendant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laundry Attendant at Aldovia Resort & Convention, located in Bengaluru. The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens, towels, and guest clothing. Additional tasks include monitoring laundry supplies, operating and maintaining washers and dryers, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and assisting with special garment requests from guests. The attendant will also coordinate with the housekeeping and guest services team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with Laundry and Laundry Services processes
• Ability to operate and maintain laundry equipment such as Dryers
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, as required
• Previous experience in a hospitality or resort setting is an advantage
