Job Summary

We are seeking a Launch Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for:

The Launch Manager will lead the NPI plant co-ordination and rollout of the Ennovi safe launch system in production site. The role involves coordinating with the APQP/ NPI process, ensuring smooth rollout of the system. This role will collaborate with a cross-functional team and provide necessary support from operations to ensure successful Project NPI / system deployment. SPOC for the NPI for all plant related functional tasks and supporting Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Represent the Operations function in the NPI development from GR0 to GR7.
• Interface between different departments within plant (NPI tool Development, Manufacturing Engineering, SCM, Plant quality) and Project Manager to coordinate all activities around the SOP of a new product.
• Establish and maintain tracking / KPI system on safe launch process including meeting exit criteria.
• Ensure Operations Gate reviews are completed on time for all NPIs and share the documentation with Project Manager.
• Turntable-function which must gather, to analyse and to filter information and which has to dispense the results of the analysis and examinations to the diverse departments and functions.
• Planning and implementation of new processes and products inclusive the complete documentation of all important and necessary actions.
• Planning of the resources which will be need for the change-process (human, material and economic).
• Coordination with other departments e.g. SCM to ensure the correct material-supply.
• Ensure the successful controlling and timing of ramp-up and start-up processes.
• Oversee workstation development and ensure proper workflow procedures are in place.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / BE in Mechanical.
• Related Experience of 10 plus years.
