About the Role
We are looking for a LaTeX Coder (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on technical documentation, scientific formatting, academic publishing, and structured content workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to LaTeX documents, mathematical equations, research papers, academic formatting, technical reports, and publication-ready content, helping improve how AI models understand and generate professionally formatted technical documents.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for scientific publishing, educational technologies, technical documentation, and AI-powered knowledge management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated LaTeX and technical documentation outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for formatting accuracy, document structure, equation rendering, and publication quality
- Identify syntax errors, formatting inconsistencies, citation issues, or layout problems in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving academic papers, research documentation, technical reports, and mathematical content formatting
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on technical writing and structured document generation workflows
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in LaTeX and technical document formatting
- Familiarity with mathematical equations, tables, references, citations, and academic publishing standards
- Experience with Overleaf, TeXstudio, or similar LaTeX tools is preferred
- Understanding of scientific writing, research documentation, or technical publishing workflows is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and formatting accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
