Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Last Mile Operations Executive at XpressBees, located in Dwarka. The role involves managing day-to-day last-mile delivery operations, coordinating with delivery personnel, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of packages, and addressing any operational challenges effectively. The Last Mile Operations Executive will be expected to analyze operational data, ensure adherence to quality standards, address customer and business needs, and implement improvements in delivery efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to monitor, streamline, and enhance delivery processes.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective collaboration with team members, delivery partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, work on-site, and manage operations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
