We're looking for a Last Mile Executive who will ensure our customers experience a seamless, timely, and delightful delivery journey every time.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily coordination between warehouse teams, courier partners, and customers to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery operations.

Deliver a premium last-mile experience aligned with Andamen's brand promise.

Serve as a key communication point between internal teams (Operations, CS, Warehouse) and external partners (3PL, Courier, Last Mile).

Review and manage operational reports such as GRN, Putaway, and Dispatch for accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure timely GRN posting for received goods and support invoice processing.

Track and analyze carrier performance, delivery timelines, and costs to drive improvements.

Handle Last Mile billing reconciliation versus actual shipments and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare daily and weekly service dashboards for management insights and performance tracking.

What You'll Bring

35 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, fashion supply chain, or last mile operations.

Hands-on experience working with Shiprocket (SR), Delhivery (DEL), or similar courier platforms.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis & reporting).

Exposure to WMS systems preferred.

Strong communication skills to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.

A proactive, customer-first attitude with keen attention to detail and a drive for operational excellence.
