Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect (.NET) to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, React JS, and Microservices architecture.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native design, and architectural leadership, with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design :
- Design and define system architecture for modular, scalable, and secure .NET applications.
- Lead the implementation of Microservices and cloud-based solutions using Azure or AWS.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust designs.
- Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives across systems.
- Architect solutions using the Razor framework for building dynamic, component-driven front-end experiences.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to development and team leads.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews, ensuring adherence to design and security standards.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
- Guide teams in implementing clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Act as a bridge between product vision and technical execution.
DevOps & Delivery Excellence
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerized, scalable environments.
- Ensure reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability through proactive monitoring and alerting.
- Support performance tuning, optimization, and issue resolution across production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in technical architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade .NET applications.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and Razor framework.
- Hands-on experience with React JS (Redux, Hooks, React Router) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven experience architecting Microservices-based distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous messaging.
- Solid experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and database performance optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, S3, Lambda, Storage).
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Prior experience working in an ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 certified software development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Microsoft or AWS Certifications (e.g., Azure Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, .NET Developer) preferred.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Blazor.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and legacy modernization.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
