This is a full-time on-site position for a Hiring Executive based in Bengaluru South. The Hiring Executive will oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing needs. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and enhancing the overall talent acquisition strategy. Additionally, the Hiring Executive will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and ability to manage candidate databases efficiently
• Understanding of employment laws and recruitment policies to ensure compliance in hiring processes
• Experience in employer branding strategies and creating positive candidate experiences
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analyzing recruitment metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site at the Bengaluru South location
