Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laser Machine Operator located in Muradnagar. The Laser Machine Operator will operate and monitor laser machinery, maintain and inspect equipment, and ensure all production guidelines are followed. The responsibilities include setting up and calibrating machines, performing routine quality control checks, and ensuring safety standards are adhered to during operations. Collaboration with the team and effective communication will be essential for seamless workflow and high-quality production outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and use of Hand Tools
- Knowledge and experience working with Machinery and performing maintenance
- Familiarity with Quality Control processes, including inspection and compliance with standards
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and safety
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training is a plus
