Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laser Cutting Operator located in Chennai. The Laser Cutting Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to deliver precise and efficient production. Key tasks include setup and calibration of machines, monitoring operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and collaborating with the operations team to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

- Proficiency in Machine Operation and expertise in Laser Cutting
- Thorough understanding of laser technology and its applications
- Experience in Quality Control processes and maintaining production standards
- Ability to contribute to Operations Management to optimize production workflow
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
- Technical certification or diploma in a related field is a plus
