Experience – 6 -8 years experience in Machine tool maintenance

Job Description-

Preventive and break down maintenance of CO2 laser cutting machines, Press

machines.

Maintenance skill of Bystronic make Laser machines, Messer – Plasma machine, &

Press brake machines.

Hands on experience on electrical control panels, servo drives & motors, PLC-

Siemens & Allen Bradly.

Fault finding of electrical accessories, control & power ckt, Hydraulic ckt etc

Troubleshooting machinery breakdowns or malfunctions, identifying the cause,

repairing, or replacing malfunctioning components.

Safety awareness on how to use machinery safely and identifying potential

hazards.

Maintaining equipment records, machine manuals, machine spares at maintenance

stores area.

Basic knowledge of SAP PM Module and maintenance related transactions.

Machine Tool Maintenance + Laser Cutting + Bystronic + Press Brake + PLC (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) + Servo Drives/Motors + Control Panel + Breakdown Maintenance
