- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of language model objectives with organizational goals.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Ability to optimize model parameters for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with deployment and integration of language models into production environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
