As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining design parameters, and ensuring the scalability and robustness of the language models. Collaboration with various teams to align the model capabilities with project goals and continuous exploration of innovative approaches to enhance natural language processing systems are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of model architectures to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of language model objectives with broader organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
• Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Ability to optimize model parameters to improve performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
• Capability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and outputs.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
