Summary:

As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time analyzing model performance, refining parameters, and ensuring the models meet the desired objectives. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and continuous exploration of innovative approaches to enhance language understanding are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of scalable language model architectures to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader systems and applications.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and their application in language model training.
• Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize model performance.
• Familiarity with techniques for unsupervised learning and handling unlabeled text data.
• Skilled in evaluating model outputs and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
