Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Laravel Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable web applications and developing dynamic user interfaces without leaving the comfort of PHP.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional experience in the Laravel ecosystem, with a specific focus on Laravel Livewire for full-stack development. You should be comfortable working with the MVC architecture and have exposure to other modern web frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel 10/11 and Livewire.
- Database Management: Design efficient database schemas and write optimized SQL queries using Laravel Eloquent ORM.
- Frontend Integration: Build dynamic, reactive front-end components using Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- API Development: Develop and consume RESTful APIs for third-party integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, etc.).
- Code Quality: Write clean, secure, and testable code. Participate in code reviews and adhere to PSR standards.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure application security.
Required Skill:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with PHP and the Laravel Framework.
- Livewire Mastery: Strong proficiency in Laravel Livewire (v2 or v3) for building SPA-like experiences.
- Database: Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL, database indexing, and relationship management within Eloquent.
- Frontend Tech: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS. Experience with Alpine.js is highly desirable.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on complex features.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Filament PHP (Admin panels).
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Redis for caching and queuing.
- Writing Unit and Feature tests using Pest or PHP Unit.
