Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laptop Service Engineer based in Bengaluru North. The role involves diagnosing technical problems, providing effective troubleshooting, and performing maintenance and repairs on laptops. The Laptop Service Engineer will also be responsible for offering field service support, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Strong collaboration with technical teams and end-users is vital to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and technical teams
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Relevant certification or prior experience in a similar technical role is a plus
