We are seeking a skilled Laptop Repair Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing laptops, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues.
- Perform repairs and upgrades on laptops, including motherboard, RAM, and hard drive replacements.
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop issues.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory of parts.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs to meet customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in laptop hardware repairs and maintenance (2-4 years).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, especially Windows and Linux.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with laptop components such as motherboards, power supplies, and displays.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and understand their issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs efficiently.
