Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Language Teachers in Hindi, Sanskrit, and Kannada, based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and delivering engaging language lessons across relevant grades, aligning with school curriculum and educational standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills, assessing student progress through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also contribute to curriculum development, maintain accurate academic records, and participate in parent-teacher interactions and school events. Collaborating with colleagues to support holistic student development and fostering a respectful, inclusive classroom environment are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Language Teaching and Teaching for Hindi, Sanskrit, or Kannada, with the ability to engage diverse learners.
  • Experience in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured, age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Background in Literature related to Hindi, Sanskrit, or Kannada, with the ability to teach texts and literary concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Languages, Education, or a related field; formal teacher training i.e. B.Ed. is mandatory.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
  • Ability to use basic educational technology and teaching aids to support instruction and student engagement.
  • Prior experience in school-based teaching, ideally within CBSE or similar curriculum, is an advantage.
