NIIT is hiring a French Language Expert to join our global training and learning operations team.

We are looking for professionals with strong French language proficiency and experience in Training Coordination, Learning Operations, LMS, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training coordination, including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and execution

• Support multilingual training programs across global regions

• Coordinate with clients, trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Handle learner communication, queries, and escalations

• Manage LMS activities such as course setup, enrollment, tracking, and reporting

• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and training metrics

• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and learner experience

What We're Looking For

Strong written and verbal French language skills

Experience in Training Coordination / Learning Operations / L&D Operations

Hands-on experience with LMS platforms

Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working with global/international stakeholders
