At VWO, we hire for potential, not just experience. Whether you're a fresher or from a non-sales background, we provide structured training, mentorship, and hands-on learning to help you become a successful Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Role Overview:

As an SDR at VWO, you will be the first point of contact for our global customers, engaging with prospects across international markets.

You'll learn how to:

  • Identify business opportunities
  • Understand customer challenges
  • Communicate value effectively
  • Build a strong sales pipeline

You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives (AEs), using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, while being supported through a comprehensive onboarding and training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote VWO: Conduct extensive cold calling, emails, and communications to prospective clients.
  • Respond to Inbound Leads: Efficiently manage and respond to inbound leads generated from various channels.
  • Lead Research: Identify and evaluate leads through thorough web and CRM research.
  • Meet Quotas: Achieve or exceed the quota of a minimum of 50 calls / 30 emails per day with 7-9 connections.
  • Demo Scheduling: Schedule and provide detailed information for productive demos.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update all contacts/opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Handle prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification, and initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Discover new sectors and organizations through detailed market research.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage both inbound and outbound sales funnels and qualify prospects.
  • Decision-Maker Identification: Pinpoint key decision-makers within organizations.
  • Lead Development: Cultivate leads that can turn into valuable business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages is mandatory: French / German / Italian (Ability to confidently communicate with native speakers is essential)
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • 0–3 years of experience; prior sales experience is not mandatory (Freshers or candidates from non-sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply)
  • High level of confidence and comfort in speaking with international clients over calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Strong learning agility and willingness to build a career in SaaS sales
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to understand prospects, industries, and business challenges
  • Ability to build rapport and engage stakeholders through thoughtful and personalized communication
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or technology is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn, or email tools is an added advantage
