Key Responsibili

Provide IT Service Desk support to international clients via calls, chats, and e - mails.Handle incident management and service requests in line with defined
- SLAs.Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, hardware, software, and ne
- twork.Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing
- tools.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication in French/G
- erman.Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when req
- uired.Maintain adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality stan
dards.
