Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both Hindi and English to ensure clear communication.
• Provide support in translating documents and communications as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory.
