Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lane Operator located in Bongaigaon(North Salmara) Assam . The Lane Operator will be responsible for operating equipment at designated lanes, performing routine checks of machinery, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and documenting operational data accurately. The role also involves maintaining smooth workflows, addressing minor technical issues promptly, and collaborating with the team to ensure the efficiency and quality of operations. Compliance with company policies and protocols is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in production or inspection environments.
• Attention to detail and precision in data documentation and routine reporting.
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to ensure regulatory compliance during operations.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for addressing minor technical or operational issues efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency for inputting data and generating operational reports.
• Professional experience in testing, inspection, or operations is a plus.
• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Automobile technical certification or training is advantageous.
