• Position: Landscape Director (Landscape Architecture / Design Consultancy)

• Location: North-East Region

• Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm,

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $12000 (Basic + Inclusive of Transport + Mobile) + Performance Bonus + 26 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Hospitalization Leave + Medical Plan Coverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the Landscape Architecture Studio and provide strategic direction for team growth.

• Mentor, develop and manage a team of landscape architects.

• Drive business development across public and private sector projects.

• Oversee design direction to deliver competitive and high-quality landscape projects.

• Review and approve conceptual, schematic and detailed design drawings.

• Supervise specifications, tender documentation and contract administration.

• Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and design brainstorming sessions.

• Represent the studio in client meetings, industry forums and professional networks.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure design integrity and quality execution.

• Report on studio performance, project competitiveness and market positioning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.

• SILA-accredited and registered Landscape Architect.

• Minimum 8 years of professional landscape architecture experience.

• Proven experience handling both public and private sector projects.

• Strong leadership experience in mentoring and growing a design team.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and relevant design tools.

• Strong knowledge of project, material and cost management.

• Able to balance creative design direction with business development and operational management.
