Requirements:
- Experience in large-scale projects such as townships, apartment complexes,plotted developments (20+ acres), and lake/riverfront developments.
- Proficiency in landscape construction drawings, tender documentation, and BOQsfor large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in landscape construction drawings, is must - no compromise in this.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
- Skilled in developing and delivering project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
- Strong resource management skills, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Must have a good presentable portfolio of work.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Landscape Architecture with 12 years of experience,or
- Bachelor of Architecture with 25 years of experience in large-scale landscape architecture projects.
Software requirements:AutoCAD, Sketch up and Lumion
Salary:INR 30,000 45,000 per month
(The salary has been revised. But the project fees are fixed; therefore, the budget is not allowing us to extend beyond this month's remuneration)
Office Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:30 PM (5 days a week)
