Role Description As a Landscape Architect at Urbanrise in Hyderabad, you will work on-site to plan, design, and oversee landscape elements for residential projects. You will develop detailed landscape concepts, planting plans, and outdoor spatial layouts that enhance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability across communities. Daily activities include collaborating with architects and project managers, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring designs align with regulatory requirements and project budgets. You will review site conditions, recommend suitable materials and plant species, and monitor execution to maintain design integrity and quality. This is a full-time role that requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and regular presence at project sites.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop comprehensive landscape planning solutions, including site analysis and master landscape layouts.
- Strong skills in landscape design and landscape architecture for residential and community-focused projects.
- Hands-on experience with landscaping implementation, including coordination with contractors and on-site supervision.
- Expertise in preparing detailed planting plans, plant selection, and layout suited to local climate and site conditions.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with visualization software.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices, irrigation systems, and basic environmental and local regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
