Role Description
We are looking for a proacitve and experienced Landscape Architect, with 2-5 years of professional experience on mid to large scale projects, to join our growing team. This role requires creativity, technical knowledge, and the ability to lead design in alignment with our firm's principles, processes and values. The Landscape Architect is required to collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other stakehoolders across projects of various typologies.
Key Responsibilites
- Work on the landscape design from concept till completion across projects of various typologies.
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Engage with clients, present proposals, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
Required Skill Sets
- 2-5 years of relevant experience on similar projects (non-negotiable).
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent visualization and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas.
- Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations and stakeholder interactions.
