Landscape Architect

This is a full-time, on-site Landscape Architect role based in Chennai. The Landscape Architect will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other team members to design and implement aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor environments. Responsibilities will include creating detailed site plans, preparing technical drawings, overseeing site assessments, and ensuring projects align with client goals and budget. Participation in site visits, consultations, and project management is also a key aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in landscape design, site planning, and outdoor space aesthetics.
• Strong technical knowledge in creating shop drawings and construction documents.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Ability to conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
• Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
• Previous on-site experience in landscape project execution is a plus.
