Posititon : Landscape Architect
Location : Bengaluru
Salary: INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month in hand salary
Qualifications:
- M.Arch in Landscape Architecture with 0-2 years of experience or B.Arch with 1-3 years of experience in Landscape Design.
- Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
- Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.
- Develop and deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
- Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Work Details:
- Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 5 days a week
