Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the landscape design team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative landscape solutions.
- Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selections, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications for bidding and permitting processes.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance and provide guidance to on-site teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles.
- Manage client relationships and address any feedback or concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all landscape designs meet regulatory standards and environmental requirements.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Experience
8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture within the Real Estate industry.
Excellence in AutoCAD, Sketchup Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software and MS Office. Knowledge of GIS.
