Location: North Goa

Purpose of the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to support premium residential and luxury real estate developments. The candidate will be responsible for conducting land and topographical surveys, preparing site measurements, verifying boundaries, and supporting planning and execution activities for villa, township, and luxury housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, boundary, contour, and topographical surveys for residential and villa projects.
• Carry out site measurements and prepare accurate survey reports and drawings.
• Use Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level, GPS, and related survey instruments effectively.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, consultants, and contractors for site execution.
• Verify land boundaries and assist in legal and technical documentation related to land records.
• Prepare and maintain survey data, maps, layouts, and contour plans.
• Support excavation marking, road alignment, plotting, and infrastructure layout activities.
• Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in quantity estimation and project planning activities when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all survey activities.

Key Requirement: (Education, Technical Skills and Personal trails)

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering or ITI Surveyor certification.
• 5–10 years of experience in land surveying for real estate, villa, township, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in luxury real estate projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey software.
• Hands-on experience with Total Station and DGPS equipment.
• Good understanding of contour mapping, layout marking, and site execution processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel across project locations if required.
