Land/Property Acquisition || Gurgaon

Key Deliverables:

• Formulate and execute land acquisition strategies for Data Centers and Mobile Switching Centers across India.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with landowners, developers, and government bodies to secure land and office properties.
• Manage due diligence processes including title verification, regulatory clearances, and risk assessment.
• Identify and acquire captive office spaces on lease, including execution and renewal of lease agreements.
• Conduct market research to evaluate property values, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic decisions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and manage networks with property consultants, landowners, IPCs, and government authorities.
• Coordinate inspections, site visits, and feasibility evaluations of potential land or property.
• Mitigate legal and financial risks associated with acquisitions by overseeing compliance and legal processes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external regulatory and vendor networks.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, compliance status, and investment performance to senior leadership.
