We are looking to appoint a highly specialized Civil DESIGN ENGINEER dedicated to Land Development and Subdivision Design for our North American clients.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed land development, subdivision, and site layouts.
• Preliminary engineering and detailed design activities.

Requirements (Strictly Mandatory):

• Civil Engineering Degree with 4–5 years of dedicated experience in North American Land Development projects.
• Advanced Level Civil 3D Expertise: You must be able to jump straight into production without software training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for international collaboration.

Core Technical Skillset Required:

• Surface Modeling: Advanced surface creation, target mapping and volume calculations
• Corridor Modeling: Expert creation of road alignments, profiles, multi-layered corridors, and custom assemblies for subdivision streets.
• Site & Lot Grading: Precision grading using feature lines, grading objects, and grading groups for residential lots and commercial sites.
• Pipe Networks: Complete creation and editing of Storm and Sewer networks (Plan and Profile views). gravity and pressure pipe networks (Storm, Sanitary, and Water).

Documentation: Production of flawless Plan and Profile sheets, cross-sections, and construction detailing.
