- Negotiate land pricing, terms, and agreements with landowners.
- Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence, title verification, and documentation.
- Ensure land is free from legal disputes, encumbrances, and litigations.
- Manage acquisition process including MoU, JV agreements, sale deeds, and registrations.
- Work closely with planning, design, and approvals teams for project feasibility.
- Track government notifications, master plans, and land-use regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
