Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Land Acquisition to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure land parcels for residential, Residential Apartments , mixed-use, and industrial real estate developments. The role requires extensive knowledge of land sourcing, legal due diligence, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and regulatory approvals. 

Overall Responsibilities – Land Acquisition

Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land parcels aligned with the company's strategic growth and development objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, government authorities, consultants, and other key stakeholders to source land opportunities.

Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess land potential, development viability, and investment returns.

Lead negotiations and finalize land acquisition agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and other land-related transactions.

Coordinate legal, technical, financial, and regulatory due diligence processes to ensure clear title and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance, projects, planning, and business development to support acquisition and project execution activities.

Monitor land market trends, infrastructure developments, zoning changes, and government policies to identify emerging acquisition opportunities.

Prepare acquisition proposals, financial evaluations, land valuation reports, and management presentations for decision-making and approvals.

Manage the land acquisition pipeline, maintain accurate records and documentation, and ensure timely closure of transactions within approved budgets.

Drive the company's land banking strategy by securing high-potential land assets while minimizing commercial, legal, and operational risks.
