Job Summary

TG Developers is looking for an experienced Land Acquisition professional to lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and acquisition of land for residential and plotted development projects while managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead land sourcing and acquisition initiatives aligned with the company's growth plans.
• Build and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, and government authorities.
• Oversee land due diligence, title verification, feasibility studies, and statutory approvals.
• Lead commercial negotiations and execute land acquisition transactions.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, planning, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor market trends, maintain a strong land pipeline, and identify strategic opportunities.
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Law preferred).
• 8-15 years of experience in land acquisition for real estate.
• Strong knowledge of Karnataka land laws, revenue records, and approval processes.
• Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
