Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Land Acquisition role based in Ghaziabad. The primary responsibilities include overseeing land acquisition processes, performing due diligence on properties, and coordinating with landowners, vendors, and local authorities. The role also involves conducting market research to identify suitable locations, managing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaboration with the project team to facilitate land development activities is key.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Land Acquisition, Acquisitions, and Land Development processes.
- Strong expertise in performing Due Diligence and handling property documentation.
- Experience conducting Market Research to identify potential opportunities and assess land suitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to land acquisition in India is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred.
