Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lamination Operator, located in Kadi, Gujarat. The Lamination Operator will be responsible for operating lamination machines, monitoring and maintaining production quality, ensuring smooth production processes, and performing routine maintenance checks on machinery. The role also involves troubleshooting machine issues, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate production records.
Qualifications
- Experience with operating lamination machines and understanding the lamination process
- Ability to monitor production quality and maintain high standards
- Skills in troubleshooting machine issues and performing basic maintenance
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental protocols within a manufacturing setting
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and production needs
- Previous experience in the solar manufacturing industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in relevant fields are a plus
