Job Description :

Notice period : Immediate to 90 Days

Job Location : Bhubaneswar.

Experience : 3 to 9 years

LabWare Developer with work experience of at least 2 years and responsibilities that include:

1. Gathering user requirementsto understand the needs of the laboratory and stakeholders.
2. Configuring LabWare LIMSand providing technical assistance to the team and troubleshooting when needed.
3. Configuration and creation of Master Data including but not limited to Products, Projects, Analysis, Calculations, Automation Scripts, Message Engine etc.
4. Good knowledge of LIMS Basicformat calculations, analysis component calculations (variables properties, writing basic algorithms)
5. Good Knowledge ofLabware Lot Management and Sample life cycle
6. Configuring and customizing LabWare LIMSto meet specific laboratory needs.
7. Integrating instruments with LabWare LIMSto ensure seamless data flow and automation.
8. Knowledge of Crystal reports and Creation of Reports utilizing Query Tags and Access Routines
9. Performing entry and edit of all relevant static datawithin the system.
10. Acting as a liaison between internal laboratory users and the vendorto address system issues and user requirements.
11. Developing and maintaining custom scripts and automationscriptsto implement / enhance system functionality.
12. Working with Agile teamsto implement new features and improvements.
13. Troubleshooting and resolving system issuesto ensure smooth operation.
14. Collaborating with cross-functional teamsto integrate LabWare with other systems and workflows.
15. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsin all system implementations.
16. Supporting data migration and integration effortsto ensure data integrity and consistency.
17. Monitoring system performanceand optimizing configurations to improve efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical skills in LabWare LIMS, experience with scripting and automation, proficiency in using Crystal Reports, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
