About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled LabVIEW Systems Engineer to lead the design and development of DSP and RF projects using LabVIEW. In this role, you will be responsible for system architecture, project planning, and execution across signal processing-based applications. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver PoCs, build scalable solutions, and manage the entire project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and RF system development using LabVIEW.
- Design and implement system architectures based on client-specific requirements.
- Manage large LabVIEW-based projects including modular coding, integration, and deployment.
- Develop and demonstrate Proof of Concept (PoC) systems and working prototypes.
- Coordinate across engineering teams, clients, and vendors for successful project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and project members.
- Contribute to project planning, documentation, and timely delivery.
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of system performance.
- Ensure alignment with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field from a reputed institution.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in LabVIEW development; CLAD/CLD certification preferred.
- Proficient in managing and integrating large-scale LabVIEW projects.
- Sound understanding of DSP, RF concepts, communications systems, and radar technologies.
- Exposure to programming languages such as C/C++, MATLAB, or Verilog/VHDL is an advantage.
- Prior experience with DRDO, public sector, or government clients is a plus.
- Experience in team management; PMP or relevant project management certification is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle stakeholder interactions professionally.
Employee status and commitments
- Permanent full-time position located at our Hyderabad office, with regular on-site visits to clients and vendor locations.
- Overtime may be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
- Weekend work is uncommon but may occasionally be required.
