Role Description

We are looking forcommitted and enthusiastic candidatesto join our team.

No specific qualification is required. However,basic English communication and computer

knowledgeare essential.

Selected candidates will be trained from the ground level and gradually developed into independent professionals handling client responsibilities as consultants.

Area of Responsibilities

• Assist in labour law compliance activities (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, payroll, etc.)
• Support documentation, data management, and compliance reporting
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and submissions
• Learn and assist in HR outsourcing and payroll processing
• Participate in training programs and internal development sessions
• Gradually handle client communication and advisory support
• Support POSH, apprenticeship, and statutory compliance services
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional ethics
