Job Title: Assistant Manager, Labour & Employee Relations

Job Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company before external agencies & Government Authorities on labor matters.
  • Statutory Registrations/Renewals, Filing of Compliance returns to Government Authorities
  • Deal with local statutory compliance regulations covering areas such as CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act - Min. wage, Hours of work, Leaves/Holidays
  • Evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management
  • Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and support proactive Human Resources solutions in alignment with the organization's overall strategies
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory/local laws

Desired Skills:

Graduate or Post Graduate with 3-6yrs in HR Compliance

Expertise in handling PF, ESI, LWF, PT, etc.

Managing labor authority inspections under PF, ESI, PT & other applicable statutory & labor laws, PF withdrawals/Transfers

Experience of visiting to Govt Authorities and being a representative of Court case
