We are looking for candidate good in molecular pathology and spatial

biology, giving clinicians powerful tools for tumor diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy.

We are looking for multi-talented, deeply knowledgeable, and driven Molecular

Pathology Lab Manager to lead our state-of-the-art, high-throughput tissue diagnostics lab.

Position - Molecular Pathology Lab Manager

key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of a dynamic molecular pathology lab
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of diagnostic products
• Manage manufacturing & QC of histopathology, IHC, ISH, FISH products
• Drive regulatory compliance & quality assurance
• Implement high-throughput workflows and lab automation
• Mentor and manage technical staff and scientists
• Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to deploy new assays
• Uphold and grow lab accreditation standards (NABL, CAP, CLIA, ISO13483, US FDA)

Experience: 810 years in high-throughput molecular pathology/tissue diagnostics

Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Pathology, Life Sciences, or related preferred
