Summary: The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for testing, validation, and technical support activities, working on complex systems that include electrical/electronic, pneumatic and software components. The ideal candidate has cross-disciplinary skills and a strong problem-solving mindset, keen on learning processes.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand electrical/electronic and pneumatic schematics for proper setup and troubleshooting
Perform laboratory tests and validation on components and systems according to internal procedures
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve issues
Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing tools
Collaboration with teams (Engineering, EHS, Lab) to set up test benches (Brakes, Safety, PIS, others)
Education/Experience required:
Technical diploma or degree in electrical, electronic, mechatronic, or related fields
Hands-on experience in managing Lab responsibilities
Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic diagrams
Must have skills for this role:
Lab environment, MS office, electrical and pneumatic measuring instruments
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
