Why this role exists

Medinex Workforce supplies skilled people to healthcare organisations, including diagnostic labs, and a lab is only as trustworthy as its records. As a Laboratory Documentation Intern, you will build the knowledge and record-keeping skills that every good laboratory depends on. This is a remote, learning-based role. Who can apply

- Final-year students and recent graduates with DMLT, BMLT, B.Sc or M.Sc (Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) or related allied health streams

- Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required

- You must be available to work full-time for the internship period

What you get

- Structured learning in laboratory procedures, safety and documentation

- Regular guidance and feedback from experienced team members

- Documentation and quality skills you can talk about in future interviews

- Internship completion certificate

- The freedom to work from your own city anywhere in India

Working schedule

Full-time, Monday to Saturday or as assigned by your reporting manager, with daily check-ins and a weekly review.
