Laboratory Assistant

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Laboratory Assistant role is based in Chennai. The Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, operating and maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring quality control measures are adhered to. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing test samples, performing analytical and precision measurements, compiling test results, and collaborating with the R&D and production teams for optimum product development and improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and operation of Laboratory Equipment
• Strong Quality Control and Analytical Skills
• Effective Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with team members
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a laboratory environment
• Ability to follow detailed processes and exhibit a high level of attention to detail
• Educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
