Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Srinagar for a Labor and Delivery Nurse. The Labor and Delivery Nurse will provide compassionate and skilled care to patients throughout the childbirth process. Responsibilities include monitoring mother and baby, assisting doctors during labor and delivery, managing medical equipment, and providing support and education to patients and their families. The nurse will also play a critical role in responding to emergencies and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Labor and Delivery Nursing and Nursing care
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Labor and Delivery procedures
- Ability to apply Critical Thinking in high-pressure situations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide patient education and support
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications required
- Experience in labor and delivery care is highly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
